We're a boutique rental space with Full Service Production Support + Equipment Rentals and we are DOG FRIENDLY! From small editorials to large commercial broadcast campaigns, you can rent the space with or without equipment or get our production team to provide Pre-Production, Shoot-Day Services and Post Production. From sourcing crew, arranging travel, casting talent, all the way to delivering photo and film gear. We have a roster of seasoned industry professionals to provide solutions no matter the project size. We're Boutique; as in we operate one studio space, which means we can intimately serve your production with complete attention. The space is private - which makes it perfect for celebrity and notable guests. Boutique doesn't mean small - our space offers 2600+ sq ft with 23ft ceilings, 3 phase power, load-in garage, soft northern light from floor to ceiling windows or complete blackout, a fully equipped and operational kitchen, a private hair+makeup room and bathroom with shower... we're positive you'll enjoy the experience our studio provides and guarantee you'll love hosting your clients in our 2nd floor lounge overlooking the shoot space.

$785.00 Photo or Video BookingAll Commercial Photo and Video bookings include 10hrs. Additional time is invoiced at $100/hr. Included with every booking is a large Harvest Table with 8 stools, Dining table with 6 chairs, 2 Folding Tables with 4 Folding Chairs, 3 Bar Stools at our Breakfast Bar, 4 C-Stands, 9ft Studio Stand, 4 Extension Cables, a Full Set of Apple Boxes, Board room with seating for 8 and Free Wifi. From RED and ARRI Cameras and Canon, Sony and Nikon DSLR Bodies, Prime to Zoom Lenses, Strobe or Continuous Lighting... JUST ASK! about renting any equipment you need. Please note that the studio is not sound proof.
